Pipe Repair & Installation

Offering Long-Term Solutions for Your Plumbing Systems

At Innovative Sewer & Scope, we believe any project we take on should be done right, the first time. This means covering all bases and providing our clients with both short and long-term solutions to ensure their problems do not resurface.

PEX vs Copper for Domestic Plumbing Systems

Why most People prefer PEX Tubing over Copper - there is a less risk of leaks with PEX Tubing. PEX Tubing is cheaper because it takes much less labor to install.

PEX plumbing installations require fewer fittings than rigid piping. The flexible tubing can turn 90 degree corners without the need for elbow fittings, and PEX tubing unrolled from spools can be installed in long runs without the need for coupling fittings.

Attaching PEX tube to fittings does not require soldering, and so eliminates the health hazards involved with lead-based solder and acid fluxes.

PEX is also safer to install since a torch is not needed to make connections.

PEX Tubing is quickly becoming the industry standard.

Pipe Repair Services

Pipe bursts can happen at any time, without warning. That’s why our Fullerton plumbers offer pipe repair and other plumbing installation services seven days a week. Should a pipe burst in your home, it can do some major harm to the walls and foundation. You’ll need to act fast and shut off your home’s main water valve to minimize damage.

What Causes a Pipe to Burst?

In colder climates, burst pipes are commonly caused by a drop in temperature. In Southern California, we see pipes burst more frequently due to age and accidental damage. Your pipes handle a lot through the years that contributes to their wear-and-tear — from changes in water pressure to corrosion from chemical cleaners and hard water. Environmental factors, such as overgrown tree roots and soft soil can also shift pipes underground or infiltrate them to cause clogs.

Pipe Installation Services

Aside from emergency pipe repairs, we also offer pipe installation services should you need to install pipes in a new home or replace an old pipe before it becomes a problem. Your home’s plumbing system is complex and should be left in the hands of a professional. Since pipes are hidden, if they have been installed incorrectly problems can arise and go undetected for months.
